Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev has extended heartfelt congratulations to his Bangladeshi counterpart, President Mohammed Shahabuddin, in honor of Bangladesh’s national holiday, Independence Day.
In his message, President Aliyev conveyed his greetings on behalf of both himself and the people of Azerbaijan. “I sincerely congratulate you and your entire nation on the occasion of your country’s national holiday – Independence Day,” he wrote, according to AZERTAC, as reported by News.Az.
Aliyev emphasized the importance of fostering stronger ties between Azerbaijan and Bangladesh, highlighting the positive outcomes of the established friendship between the two nations. “The friendship established between our countries has created favorable opportunities for this,” Aliyev remarked.
The Azerbaijani president expressed his confidence in continued cooperation, stating, “I believe that we will continue our joint efforts to strengthen interstate relations and realize the full potential of our cooperation for the benefit of our peoples.”
Additionally, Aliyev extended his best wishes for the upcoming holy month of Ramadan, offering his congratulations and warm regards to both President Shahabuddin and the people of Bangladesh.
