The Brantford Farmers’ Market will celebrate the festive season with two special Holiday Markets on Saturday, December 7 and Saturday, December 14, running from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Local vendors will gather to offer a variety of seasonal goods, including fresh produce, baked goods, handmade crafts, prepared meals, and unique holiday gifts.
In addition to shopping, attendees will have the chance to meet Santa Claus, who will make a special appearance from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Visitors are encouraged to take photos, share their holiday wishes, and ask Santa about life at the North Pole.
Families can also enjoy a range of fun activities, including a holiday scavenger hunt for children and complimentary candy canes distributed by market staff.
Kara Davey, Manager of Tourism, Culture and Sport for the City of Brantford, expressed excitement for the upcoming events. “We are thrilled to bring the community together with these family-friendly holiday markets,” she said. “This is a wonderful opportunity to support our local vendors and make the most of your holiday shopping and party preparations.”
Both events promise to offer a festive atmosphere perfect for enjoying the magic of the season.
